Missions and Outreach

At least 10% of all funds received from offerings and tithes are distributed for ministry outreach projects.

This year we are supporting missions work in Kenya, Uganda and Ghana on the continent of Africa through E.V. Reeves Ministries. We support Elijah Bread ministries which sponsors churches in India and Sri Lanka through the work of Bishop J. Allen Neal.

Church History

In obedience to God and with the leading of the Holy Spirit, John Reid and his wife Viviann responded to the call to “Feed my Sheep” from the Lord. Through many days and nights of prayer and fasting the vision and mission of Victory Family Outreach Ministries (VFOM) was born.
Pastors John & Viviann Reid immediately went to work and in May 2003 the Victorious Bible Study was started in their home in Stafford, Virginia. The Bible Study group quickly outgrew the comfortable home atmosphere. In June 2003, the Bible Study was relocated to the Heaven Coffee and More meeting room in Stafford, VA. As God continued to bless the Bible Study both spiritually and in attendance the Pastors were diligently making preparation for the incorporation of VFOM as well as looking for a larger facility.

Our Beliefs

  • In one God, Maker of all things and being eternally existent in the Trinity of Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. (Mark 12:29. Matthew 28:19, Deuteronomy 6:4).
  • The Son of God, Jesus Christ, became incarnate was begotten by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, and is true God and true man (Emanuel). His sinless human life, His divine miracles, His bodily resurrection, His ascension, His mediatory work and His personal return in power and glory. (St. John 1:14, Luke 1:26-38, Luke 24:29, Acts 1:9-11).
  • The Holy Bible as the Word of God – in its entirety, originally given by God, divinely inspired, infallible, entirely trustworthy, and the only supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct. (II Timothy 3:16)
